     Horseradish Potato Gratin

Ingredients
3 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
salt/pepper to taste
3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
 

Instructions
375. Butter shallow baking pan. Combine cream, horseradish, nutmeg and salt/pepper to taste. Add potatoes, toss to coat. Transfer to prepared pan, pressing potatoes to submerge. Cover with foil, place on rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake additional 50-65 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
