Ingredients
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
2 small jars jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
4 to 5 green onions, finely chopped
1 small jar dried beef, rinsed and drained
2 loaves Pan Frances bread, 1 sliced
 

Instructions
Have sour cream and cream cheese at room temperature; mix with Cheez Whiz, green onions, and dried beef.
Cut off tops of whole loaf of bread; save. Take out center of bread; cut bread and extra loaf into strips or cubes.
Toast the strips for dipping. Fill loaf with cheese mixture; wrap loaf in foil.
Place on cookie sheet; bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with toasted bread.
