12 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 quart half and half
1 quart whipping cream
2 cups brandy
2 cups bourbon

Separate eggs. Beat into yolks the sugar, brandy, bourbon, half and half, and cream. Beat slowly; refrigerate for 3 hours. Beat egg white until stiff, not dry. Fold lightly into other ingredients; chill. Can be made several days ahead.
