heat oven to 350. Make brownies and cool completely.

Frost brownies with frosting, refrigerate for 30 mins

In the meantime measure cereal in a small mixing bowl and set aside.

In 1-quart pan melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal stir until evenly coated. Spread over frosted brownies and refrigerate for 30 mins. Store covered in fridge.
