Core cabbage. Place in large pan, core down, in 4 inches of water and cover. Bring to a boil, cook until soft enough to handle - allow to cool. Remove the first 6 leaves.
Fry burger with onion until thoroughly done - drain if necessary. Add uncooked rice and mix well.
In bowl combine soup and fat free 1/2 & 1/2. Add 1 cup of this to meat mixture along with the salt and pepper. Mix well. Reserve remaining soup for top of rolls.
Divide mixture among 6 cabbage leaves, place in oil sprayed pan, top with remaining soup mix. Cover with foil and cook 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees
