     Potato and Mushroom Delight

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 to 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk or buttermilk
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
 
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Toasted ground sesame seeds (toast in pan in oven)

Instructions
Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour; stir 2 minutes. Stir in milk slowly. before it gets too thick, add Worcestershire sauce, cheese, salt and pepper. Layer in oiled casserole half sliced potatoes, half eggs, and half cheese sauce; repeat. Top with toasted ground sesame seeds; bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
