     Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, browned
1 cup Doritos chips, crushed or corn tortillas, torn in pieces
1 large can ranch style or pinto beans
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
 

Instructions
Layer ground beef, chips or corn tortillas, beans and cheese in 2 quart casserole dish. Combine onion, cream soup, tomatoes and 1/2 can water in saucepan; cook until heated and smooth. Pour the soup mixture over the meat layers, being careful that all parts of casserole are covered (to provide moisture while baking). bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
