Cook ground meat until done; add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, whatever seasonings you like. Drain grease from meat; add corn, drained and uncooked. Place mixture in greased casserole; top with prepared potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes; top with cheese, if desired.
