6 oz cream cheese at room temperature

2 tbsp mayonaise

2 tbsp sugar

16 oz whole cranberry sauce

11 oz mandarine oranges, drained

1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions |

|
Grease 1 1/2 quart ring mold. Line with plastic wrap on foil.
|
|
|
|
Beat cream cheese with mayo and sugar until smooth. Blend in cranberry sauce, oranges, and nuts.
|
|
|
|
Fold in whipped cream. Pour in mold. Put in freezer.
|
|
|
|
Unmold onto platter and serve immediately.
