Wash potatoes, rub with butter. Bake in 425 oven for 45 to 60 min.
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Scoop out potato and put pulp in bowl. Place a bit of butter and sprinkle a little cheese in bottom of potato skins.

Mash potato pulp; stir in sour cream salt and pepper until well blended. Fold in green onions, broccoli and reaining butter and cheese.

Spoon into potato shells to refill them. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on baking sheet.

|
|
Bake in 425 oven for 20 min. or until heated through.
