Ingredients

	2 corn tortillas
	refried beans or ground black beans with chili powder
	diced purple onions
	salsa
	one slice vegan rice cheese
	black olives


Instructions


Put slice of cheese on corn tortilla. Put layer of beans.


Cover with salsa and top with onions and black olives.


Put corn tortilla on top and bake until cheese in melted.




Serving Suggestions

Serve with spanish rice.
