Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted oleo
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon anise (or other flavoring)
 
Instructions
Preheat pizzelle iron. Prime with a small bit of vegetable oil.
Add ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each.
Spoon batter into middle of each section on pizzell iron. Cook until golden - see iron directions for best results.
