2 round steaks, tenderized twice and cur into bite sized pieces
1 stick butter, or margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 - 16 ounce sour cream
2 - 10 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, melt butter on medium heat. Add steak and onions; cook until meat is browned and onions are soft. Let simmer for about 10 minutes to tenderize steak. Add sour cream and mushroom soup; season with salt and pepper. bring stroganoff to simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles.
