     Thanksgiving Cheese Ball

Ingredients
Cream cheese - 8 ounces
Sharp cheddar cheese - 4 ounces
Blue cheese, crumbled - 2 ounces
Onion, grated - 2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced - 1 clove
Worcestershire sauce - 4 dashes
Green olives - 1 small can (optional)
Pecans, chopped - 1/2 cup
 

Instructions
In a food processor, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, onion, garlic and Worcestershire. Process until well blended. Add olives and pulse into small chunks.
Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans to coat. Wrap in plastic and chill at least 4 hours.
