Rinse chicken; dry. Sprinkle garlic salt over each piece. Put chicken into paper or plastic bag with flour, paprika, salt and pepper. In a shallow baking pan, place 1/2 cup chicken broth; place chicken in broth. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and add remaining broth; bake another 30 minutes.
