Brown sausage; drain. Put bread in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard; pour over cheese and sausage. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
NOTE: Can use Jimmy Dean or Owens sausage, however, fresh sausage is better.
