     French Toast

Ingredients
4 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 inch slices of 1 loaf hard Freench bread
1/2 cup pecans
2/3 cup butter
 

Instructions
Grease pan; lay bread on bottom of pan. Mix eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg together; pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup pecans. bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
