     Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients
1cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
 
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups rhubarb

Instructions
Mix part 1 until crumbly and press half of mixture into greased dish. Cover with 4 cups diced rhubarb.
Combine part 2 and cook until thick and clear
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaing crumb mixture.
Bake 1 hour @ 350
