     Norwegian Romegrod

Ingredients
1 quart cream
3/4 cup flour
1 quart whole milk (boiled)
1/4 tsp salt
little sugar
 

Instructions
In medium pan boil cream for 15 minutes. Gradually add flour using whisk. Stir constantly so it does not scorch or get lumpy.
In separate pan boil milk. Add to cream mixture and let simmer until thick. Add sugar and salt to taste.
Serve with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
