     Crumby Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
2 teaspoon powdered sugar
TOPPING:
2 cups flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks butter

Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, butter, eggs, and vanilla; add to flour mixture. Spread into prepared 9 x 9 inch pan; cover with topping.
TO MAKE TOPPING: Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl; work in butter until no butter remains. Pour over cake; bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
