     Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
White or Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil, or butter
Salt, Pepper
 

Instructions
Peel potatoes, and cut to individual serving size. Place in cold water. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, leaving enough room to put potatoes in. Add potatoes and par boil for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add olive oil or butter to potatoes. Salt and pepper.
Put Potatoes in oven in baking dish or with Meat on roasting pan. Roast for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, basting regularly (the more you baste, the crunchier the exterior of the potatoes will be upon serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Roast Beef or Roast Pork.
