	1 Box Powdered Sugar
	1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
	1 Tsp. VAnilla
	1 Stick Oleo
	1 Tbs. Milk
	3 Tbs. Cocoa


Instructions


Bring to boil butter, milk and cocoa


Add to powdered sugar mixture


Frost Cake
