     Baked Stew

Ingredients
2 Lb Stew Meat, Unbrowned
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Scant T Sugar
1 cup Tomato Puree
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
3 Medium Potatoes, Quartered
6 Small CArrots, cut in strips
1 Onion, Diced
 
1 Slice White Bread, Cubed
1 Cup Water
3 Tbs Minute Tapioca
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Place in covered baking dish. BAke at 325 for 3.5 hours.
