     Corn Mean Hoe Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup organic cornmeal
1 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
Oil for frying...I use Grapeseed oil
 
Instructions
Boil one cup water and place one cup cornmeal in a bowl.
Pour boiling water into cornmeal and stir. It will swell and look like a mush.
Get pan with oil hot and fry 1/4 cup batter at a time. When brown turn over and fry other side.
