     Carmel Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 Cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 - 8 ox cans refrigerated buttermilk bisquits
For syrup
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup softened vanilla ice cream
1/3 Cup butter
1/4 to 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350, in small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip bisquits in sugar, place vertically - (onedge) in greased 12 fluted tube pan. In saucepan combine carmel syrup ingredients, heat to boiling. Remove from heat and pour over bisquits. Bake 30 minutes and immediately invert onto serving platter.
