Cook arley according to directions. Preheat oven to 300. Saute onion in oil and celery and mushroo9mswuntil soft. Sprinkle in flour 7 stir until well blended. Add stock and seasonings stirring until well blended, add nuts and sunflower seeds to vegetable mixture add barley and mix well. Pour into a 2 quart oiled casserole and bake 1 hour.
