     Chicken Pesto Salad

Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Pasta Salad Caesar pasta salad mix
cold water and vegetable oil
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups chredded romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 container (7 oz( refrigerated basil pesto
 

Instructions
Make pasta salad as directed on package. Stir remaining ingredients. Refrigerated at least 1 hour.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining ingredients
Serving Suggestions
this recipe can be made with leftover chicken, making it great for a quick supper
