Cut bacon and fry until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and saute' onions in the remaining bacon fat. Add one chopped garlic clove once the onions are caramelized.

Squish the tomatoes with hands for perfect consistency, add to onion and garlic mixture.

|
Sprinkle in some red pepper flakes to taste for heat and add back the crispy bacon. Simmer 1/2 hour until the flavors meld.

|
|
Cook spaghetti el dente and add to the sauce. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
