     Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 large package (vanilla instant pudding)
3 ounces cream cheese
Whipping Cream or Cool Whip
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
 

Instructions
Boil water and butter. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and make a roux. Put in mixer and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Then cool completely.
Prepare instant pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk. Beat cream cheese until smooth then add pudding. Spread pudding mixture over crust and then cover with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
