Pour three egg whites into a 6-8 inch non stick pan or a regular pan with some non stick spray. Leave it until it gets firm and turn it over until fully cooked.

Mix Splenda and cinnamon into cottage cheese. Put a small scoop of either cottage or ricotta cheese on top of the cooked egg.

|
|
Fold two of the sides in over the cheese and remove from the pan.
|
|
|
Top with a drop of low fat sour cream and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.
