     Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. margarin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2c. finely chopped onion and green peppers
10 oz. cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Put in large casserole. Sprinkle topping on. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350.
Topping- 2 c. crushed corn flakes, 1/2 c. melted margarine
