1/2 cup soy sauce
|

2 garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1 tbl brown sugar
|

1 tbl olive oil
|
|
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
|

6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

mustard sauce(see recipe under sauces)
|
|
3 tbl macadamia nuts, chopped and lightly toasted
|
|
mango salsa (see recipe under appetizers)

Instructions |
|
|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow or heavy-duty ziploc bag;
add chicken and marinate for around 6 hours.
|

|
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
|
|
|
Grill chicken, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400
degrees) 5 minutes on each side or until done.
|
|
|
Drizzle with mustard sauce; sprinkle evenly with nuts. Serve with
mango salsa or mango chutney.
