     Macadamia-Mango Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
mustard sauce(see recipe under sauces)
3 tbl macadamia nuts, chopped and lightly toasted
mango salsa (see recipe under appetizers)
 

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow or heavy-duty ziploc bag; add chicken and marinate for around 6 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill chicken, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Drizzle with mustard sauce; sprinkle evenly with nuts. Serve with mango salsa or mango chutney.
