Heat grill to high. Cut each apple in half and scoop out the core.
Brush cut sides of apples with olive oil.
Sprinkle each half with salt and cinnamon. Place apples, cut-side
down, on the grill. Cover and cook about 3 minutes. Flip apples,
reduce heat, cover and cook another 3-4 minutes.
Transfer apples to serving plates and top with a tsp. of jam and
tbsp. of mascarpone.
