Cut bars and melt with 1 stick oleo. Cream 1 stick with sugar and add eggs; one at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda, alternately with milk. Add pecans and candy. Bake in tube pan or loaf pans at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and checking often.
