Preheat oven to 375 degrees and mist 9 cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray. Unroll a 10 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust and press the dough into a 12-inch square. cuo into nine 4-inch squares and press each into a muffin cup.

In a nonstick skillet, brown 1/4 lb. lean ground beef and drain off fat. Stir in a 14 oz. jar pizza sauce and 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni slices.

Spoon beef mixture into dough-lined cups and bake 25 minutes, or until crust is golden. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella over top and bake 5 minutes more.
