     Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 pound Italian sausage(half mild, half hot)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
half cup celery
8 cups chicken broth
one 14 and a half oz can diced tomatoes undrained
8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano crushed
half tsp dried basil crushed
 
1half tsp dried rosemary crushed
one quarter tsp dried tyme crushed
one quarter tsp fennel seeds crushed
1 clove garic minced
1 bay leaf
one half cup dried orzo (pasta)
shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Brown sausage. I like to mix half mild Italian and half hot.
Put all but the orzo into a crock pot. Cook until the veggies are done. Add the Orzo about a half hour before eating.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bowl Serve with crusty Italian bread
