     Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds of ground turkey
1 can of kidney beans, rinsed
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
1 lg can of crushed tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 lg onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2-3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
 
A dash of cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano

Instructions
Brown ground turkey, onions, and peppers.
Everything to large pot. Simmer on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occassionally.
Serving Suggestions
Top with lowfat shredded cheese or lowfat sour cream
