Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. (I use a rectangular cooking stone). Place pizza dough on cooking stone and pre bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Peel and devein the shrimp.

Place butter and olive il in a large shillet and heat over medium to high heat. Add garlic and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Push shrimp to one side of skillet. Brush the butter mixture onto the pre baked pizza dough. Scatter the shrimp over the crust and sprinkle evenly with cheese.

|
Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Allow to stand for a few minutes before cutting into slices.
