     Pork Chops and Gravy

Ingredients
6 to 8 pork chops
Prepared mustard
Flour
1 bell pepperr, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
 

Instructions
Rub prepared mustard on each pork chop, flour and fry. Remove from skillet, pour off drippings. Place pork chops in skillet. Cover with bell pepper, soup and water. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes, hot bread and salad.
