Combine eggs, milk and butter; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together; gradually add to milk mixture, beating constantly. Pour 3 Tablespoons batter for each cake onto hot griddle; bake until top is bubble and edges look cooked. Turn and cook until remaining side is brown. Fill with jell, preserves or fruit. Roll in confectioners sugar or serve with butter and syrup.
