Ingredients
200 gms butter
200 gms sugar
200 gms flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 small eggs or 1 big egg
 
Instructions
Beat the butter and sugar until very creamy
Add the sieved flour with the baking powder and the eggs
Roll out, cut in rounds and bake for 15 mins in a moderately hot oven
