     Crockpot Zucchini

Preptime   3-4 hours
Ingredients
2 lbs zucchini (unpeeled), sliced
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried onion flakes
2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano
1 cup V-8 juice
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours. If thicker sauce is desired, remove cover during last hour.
