     Twice Baked Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
8 slices bacon (or diced ham)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
4 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 green onions, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake potatoes (1) hour.
When potatoes are done, allow to cool 10 minutes. Slice lengthwise and remove flesh into large bowl, saving skins.
Add to potatoes sour cream, milk, butter, als, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of green onions. Blend with a hand mixer. Spoon into potatoe skins. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
