     Pepperoni Cheese Swirl

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups easy bread yeast baking mix
1 package yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup very hot water
1/2 package (4-oz) sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded mozzerlla cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano or basil leaves
 
pizza sauce

Instructions
Mix baking mix, yeast, and salt. Stir in oil and water until soft. Turn onto floured surface. Shape into ball.
Kneed dough 5 minutes, adding flour as needed. Cover dough and let rest 5 minutes.
Roll dough into 9-inch square on floured surface. Place slices of pepperoni evenly on dough. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up tightly, pinch edge and ends of dough to seal well. Fold ends under loaf. Place loaf, seam side down, on greased cookie sheet. Let rise in warm place about 25 minutes or until double. Brush loaf with soft butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve with pizza sauce.
