Microwave water for 30 seconds. Mix yeast, honey, and 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Let stand 5 minutes until yeast foamy.
Pat olives dry and chop. Mix flour, rosemary, pepper, and salt in food processor. Sprinkle with olives and briefly process. While machine is running, add yeast. Form into a ball and knead.
Coat a large glass bowl with non-stick spray. Cover with plastic and microwave on low for 5 minutes. Turn and repeat. Punch down and knead.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Form into a 10 inch circle. Drizzle with the rest of the oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
