     Sausage Potatoes Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound mild/hot sausage (browned)
2 big potatoes
Cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
 

Instructions
Layer sliced potatoes, browned sausage (already cooked) and cheese. Sprinkle with part of flour over the first layer, then make another layer of sliced potatoes, sausage and cheese. Sprinkle rest of flour and more cheese over this. Pour milk over this, then cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted, about 1 1/2 hours or longer.
