1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs/Seasoning Stuffing
1/2 cup grated Romano
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tbs mint leaves
salt/ pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
28 large mushrooms with stem
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
stir bread crumbs, Romano, garlic, parsley, mint, salt/pepper, 2 tbs olive oil in medium bowl. Blend
Drizzle a heavy large baking sheet with 1 tbs olive oil to coat. Spoon the filling into the mushroom cavities and arrange on baking sheet cavity side up. Drizzle remaining oil over the filing in each mushroom.
Bake until the mushroom is tender and filling is golden on top. About 25 minutes...serve
