     Apple cheese ball

Ingredients
8 oz white cheddar cheese shredded
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
paprika
1 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
 
Instructions
process first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill 30 minutes.
Coat ball heavily with paprika, over and chill 1 hr
Insert cinnamon stick and bay leaf to resemble apple stem/leaf. Serve with crackers
