8-10'' frying pan over medium heat cook bacon until brown. Transfer to paper towel and let dry. When cool crumble bacon
cut each egg in half lengthwise; scoop out yolk and place in bowl. Mash yolks with fork then stir in mayo, onions, mustard, bacon until well blended. Add salt/pepper to taste
Scoop or pipe 1tsp yolk mix into the hollow egg white halves. Serve immediately or chill up to 4 hrs
