12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

1/3 cup onion, chopped

2 cups milk
|

1 cup biquick baking mix

4 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions |

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate.
|

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat other ingredients unitl smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand blender.
|
|
|
|
Pour into plate. Bake until knife comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
